Customers are allocated exactly 60 days from the delivery confirmation date to initiate a standard reimbursement request. To be eligible for capital recovery, the physical hardware must be in perfect functional order and returned within its original production shipping box.

Our help center will issue a distinct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking code along with dispatch steps. Paralyzed shipments arriving at our receiving depot without an established RMA folder cannot be processed by our inventory team.
As soon as our technical assessment team examines the returned hardware architecture, we will log a confirmation note. Approved balances are processed directly back to your original transaction account. Please note that banking firms typically require 5 to 10 business days to display the capital on your banking summary.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for all postage fees required to ship the physical parts back to our center. Any handling charges incurred during the initial web checkout remains completely non-refundable.
